devious connived insult malicious persecution

my friend was passed up by bus as someone already asked it to wait while he was running. old red suv pulling loaded shed into 705 nelson. the culprit dodge pulled pulled into nelson from street adjacent to school. same dodge coming back from 3rd to nelson saying - fuck you. parsec type middle age fem walk by soc. sec. direction of nelson. mex. male on bike going same direction. w.suv valeros with scam pers bottle. dude supposedly trying to collect bottles at valeros collected 2 and complained - i'm collecting bottles too - this isn't "right." the dude apparently left store and abandoned 2 bottles. silver suv beeped then orange truck beeped coming off bridge walk. duo with 2 likeable dogs bl/w and a beige Chihuahua likely like drink and like to panhandle by raleys post office. barker w/light hair off bridge walk into bridge. on bike. abt 2:37 pm on montgomery in dir of table mountain  past the clock terrorizing male duo one on top other on single bike greeted me " punk stick. what's up, punk? w. truck beep 18th block of myers direction of robinson. deceit pers scoundrel dumped bottles on me at recycler major trouble worth nothing but scam to aid and deceive and dictate via persecution and extermination. cashier at raleys trained to persecute - how you doing? 2 groups of people behind pizza staring right into area front of raleys post office and commenting about food they scam planted. giggling chicks alternating between pizza and dollar tree part of pers committee. car beep between bookstore and myers on Montgomery. heavy garbage in tash by rivr bench incl glass large vodka bottle. vehicle cruising in in area below river bench. person on bike into river walkway - "sorry." dark veh. stand a while in valeros driveway to table mountain then drive out in direction of river saying "wanna s.m.d.? truck min behind in same driveway after another car - hi, come here female drove to opposite side of table mountain into parking area. bike in light sweat betw fogg and table on nelson in direction of table mountain would not answer what time it is to hide voice probably. fogg by white vehicle whisper. sizeable additional metal piece on nelson side of 4th st storage. 1 to several vehicles possibly trailing me home suspect plack and maybe dark pastel blue.
