Thank you for taking the time to fill out a survey to join our West Hollywood Pilot for Guaranteed Income participant pool. We are grateful to have your trust and interest as we work to bring Guaranteed Income to the City of West Hollywood.

Applications will be available to qualified individuals through Sunday, June 26 at midnight Pacific time. Once all submitted applications have been received, randomized selection will be performed by our research partners at the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Guaranteed Income Research. We anticipate being able to notify folks about their selection for participation during the week of July 18. If you are selected, we will reach out to you for documentation to confirm all of the information included in your application (i.e., address verification, income verification, etc.) as well as additional information so that we can enroll you for the monthly payments.
