poison - broken leaded pencil cooked inside of vegetables

the charitable folks donating vegs are same people who had poison inside bread and within past few weeks along with dangerous cutting materials lodged pencil into my vegs so good I did not see it when chopping them up eating big pile of lead poisoning when it cooked inside vegs unnoticed other than for heavy unrealistic taste until located while eating certain portion. now then I must live with effects of something hard to catch and which I did not see even while chopping everything to small edible pieces.
